How the meeting planner works
Pick the cities your colleagues, clients, or family are in and the planner lays out a 24-hour grid — one row per city. Each column is an hour of the day in the base city (the first row, your own time zone by default), and every cell shows the matching local time elsewhere. Green cells are ordinary working hours (09:00–17:00), so a column that is green all the way down is a slot that suits everyone; grey cells fall in the middle of the night.
All conversions run live in your browser using its built-in time-zone database, so daylight saving transitions are always correct for the date you choose. Need a two-city view instead? Try the time zone converter.
