This is a simple, accurate countdown timer that runs entirely in your web browser. Enter any number of hours, minutes and seconds — or tap a preset like 5 or 30 minutes — then press start. You can pause and resume at any time, and reset back to your chosen duration. When the timer reaches zero it plays a short alarm beep and flashes a "Time's up" banner until you stop it. Because the countdown is anchored to a fixed end time rather than counting down tick by tick, it stays accurate even if your browser tab is throttled in the background.
